The project Stock-alert.AI is simple: offering tools and methodology used by hedge funds and professional investor to the private investors.
On-line trading and the proportion of household’s investing assets in the stock market are growing significantly and yet a vast majority of private investors are losing money on stock trading.
Endless reasons for that but one often forgotten is coming from the fundamental principle of the stock market. One wins, the other (The counterparty) looses.
We offer a set of tools allowing private investors to be on the right side of a trade.
Before trading professional investors and hedge funds spend massive human powers with help of tools to conduct deep due diligence on the stock and the company issuing the stock. Once reassured by the opportunity of a solid investment, the trader will define the best entry time.

A suite of smart indicators are combined together under the supervision of our AI to generate Buy or Sell signals.
Our AI is parsing the market and define an opportunity of high profit. It typically starts with a set of trading strategies combining well knows technical indicators like Bollinger Bands ©, Bull Bear Power, Moving averages, RSI, ATR…
The strategies are made of trends and momentum indicators. The trend indicates the future value of the stock when the momentum indicates the strengths of the movement.
When the AI spots a stock with great odd of profit, its scores the first step (Trading signals) and start to complete analysis of the stock and it’s issuing company.
The steps are multiple, first, the AI will check what is the odd of profit for that alert (Buy or Sell – Short) by looking back at 12 years of machine learning. It will create a score taking into consideration the percentage of profit in the next 30 and 10 days after the alert in similar market conditions.
The next step is the check if the investment decision is for long and short term. Typically, long would be 90 days and short would be less than 30 days. Next the algorithms will look at the trend of the index of the stock to find out if it goes in the similar direction than the alert. If the alert is a buy, the index should show a bullish trend, if the alert is a sell, the index should indicate a future decline (Bullish). The following step allows the AI to identify if the company is currently a situation to be over or under valued.
If all the smart indicators are going in the direction of the alert, Stock-Alert.AI will call several additional fundamental data points to reinforce the signal strength. For example: what is the financial situation of the company behind the stock, what is the opinion of wall street analyst about this stock, what is tee current risk of stock to be traded…
When all the analysis has been processed, in a microsecond, the AI combines all the smart indicators to generate a score from 0 to 100. The highest the score the highest change of profit.
